Educational improvement depends on more than collecting data. It requires a shared vision, meaningful partnerships, and evidence that informs action. This session explores how a statewide initiative and a participating local educational agency worked together to build a shared approach to continuous improvement. Attendees will hear both the statewide perspective on designing a collaborative evidence system and the local perspective on how that work influenced practice, decision making, and engagement. Participants will leave with practical strategies for building partnerships and using multiple forms of evidence to support continuous improvement across educational systems.
