This session shares the process used to design the evaluation framework for California's Lead to Literacy initiative, a statewide effort to improve secondary literacy rates. Participants will learn practical strategies for translating grant requirements into meaningful evaluation tools, engagement through qualitative research, developing logic models, and creating an evaluation plan that supports continuous improvement while meeting accountability requirements.
