Panama-Buena Vista Union School District (P-BVUSD) participated in the Data Literacy course of the CCEE Data Academy, which supports K–12 data analysts who are new to education or working with education data. P-BVUSD staff learned to independently collect, analyze, and communicate insights that support equitable and effective decision-making. By the end of the course, they had managed to create a data dashboard to help identify equity gaps in school climate as part of an equity focused initiative at their district.
