Contra Costa County Office of Education is entering its second year of implementing direct data management and data literacy supports through data-sharing agreements with districts in Differentiated Assistance. This session will highlight best practices for implementing and scaling two integrated data systems: a CALPADS verification platform and a student outcomes data platform that synthesizes Student Information System and local assessment data.Participants will learn practical strategies for successful implementation, including establishing data governance practices, building and engaging cross-functional teams, developing user-friendly tools for educators, and providing targeted professional learning to support data use. The session will also share lessons learned from early implementation, common challenges, and approaches to continuous improvement.  Attendees will leave with actionable tools, sample workflows, and replicable practices to support data system implementation and use in their own contexts.
