This presentation reports evaluation findings from the NorCal ELC leadership development program serving rural northern California educators, whose overarching goal was to provide high-quality professional learning and support that builds leadership capacity, promotes continuous improvement, and advances equity-centered outcomes for students. Survey and interview results demonstrate strong participant satisfaction, meaningful equity-related outcomes, collaborative learning, systems improvement, and the critical role of sustained support, coaching, and cross-role collaboration for lasting educational change across the region.
