Sanger Unified has been on a three-year journey to define, measure, and monitor student growth across the district, site, grade, teacher, and individual student levels. Grounded in the goal that All Students Will Achieve One Year of Growth or More, this session will share how the district moved from a broad aspiration to a practical system for tracking and using growth data.Participants will learn about the key decisions, challenges, and processes involved in building a student growth framework that creates clarity, ownership, and alignment across the organization. The session will highlight how growth data can inform instruction, strengthen collaboration, guide leadership, and maintain a focus on the progress of every student.
