Teacher buy-in is the foundation of data-driven instruction, and it begins with simplicity. Instead of overwhelming educators with multiple reports and competing data sources, this session demonstrates how one meaningful assessment can drive powerful instructional decisions. Learn how a single data point can be used to create flexible student groups, identify targeted skill needs, and guide a daily Genius Hour intervention and enrichment block that responds to students in real time.
Participants will explore practical strategies for translating assessment results into immediate instructional action, maintaining high expectations through flexible grouping, and using Academic Playbooks to provide teachers with ready-to-implement instructional supports. The session will also highlight how AI can streamline planning by generating personalized learning plans, targeted interventions, and instructional resources, allowing educators to spend less time analyzing data and more time accelerating student growth.
