School and district leaders often want to learn from others facing similar challenges, but it can be difficult to know where to start. After a brief introduction to ACOE's California Similar Schools Tool, the majority of the session will focus on district partners sharing how they used the tool to connect with comparable schools and what they learned through that process. Attendees will leave with practical ideas for using peer learning to support continuous improvement.
