This session highlights the efforts across three regional K-16 education collaboratives to identify common perspectives and target systemic challenges, exploring the actions and activities that have both emerged and evolved over time. This includes activities across the partnership, with intentional coordination resulting in the clear mapping of education transitions and supports, education-to-career pathways, as well as emergent lessons for improved alignment among systems.
